Mini Tower PC: Batocera Build

Build

As mentioned in a previous post, I am a gamer in a household of gamers. I have recently been enjoying Steam games, a bit of Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor to be specific (Ghost Ship Publishing have some quality games with solid game-play). With that said, I started thinking about trying to build a new machine a little bit more capable (and portable) than some of my other Batocera systems.'

I have a Polycade v1 and an Acemagician ARM5 running Batocera. They're both solid for arcade and retro, however the Acemagician struggles with some of the modern games on Steam...thus my trip down pc-builder lane.

The following is a custom build, with no graphics card, the AMD chip will work well and keep costs down. A GPU can be added, if desired, at any point. This build comes in at under $800.
